Plants used to be divided between perennial and annual, and this used to
make a difference in when they grew. This was changed a long time ago so
they all have a chance to grow at the same times, but one major
difference remained: perennial plants harvested to 0 remained in the
room, and the last harvester still showed up in the skill Lastharvest.
Annual plants vanished altogether when harvested to 0, and the last
harvester could not be seen.

As per recent suggestions, this has changed. The annual/perennial
distinction no longer applies when harvesting a plant to 0. A plant
harvested to 0 will stay in the room either way, and the last
harvester's name should still be shown.
