Combat changes, bugfixes

Newly loaded through yesterday and today, mainly culled from classlead
reports:

APOSTASY
- Nightmares summoned during the night will not be banished by angel
shine.

CURSES
- Curses bleed willpower drain lowered from 25 to 20.
- Swiftcurse now affects itself if you use it while having swiftcurse
already up.

DRAGONS
- Dragonheal mana cost raised from 1000 to 2000.

ELEMENTALISM/RUNELORE
- Bug with hailstorms stacking if you move from room to room fixed.

GROVES
- Can now CALL BEES/SWARM [passive] to call your swarm of bees to you,
provided they are alive and already summoned from the hive in your
grove.
- Grove elevating someone else in your grove no longer removes your
grove roots.

KAIDO
- Removing a name from your allies list that was forced there without
your consent, while you are in kai trance, will (re)enemy that name
automatically.

METAMORPHOSIS
- Landing in the trees with someone hoisted deposits them on the trees
with you, not on the ground.

SURVIVAL
- Focus balance raised from 1.5 to 2 seconds.

TAROT
- Map from Universe tarot now requires balance to touch, and another
cannot be flung while a map already exists in the room.


MISC
- Previous solution to balance loss stacking tweaked slightly, per
request, to allow the first balance loss while already off balance to
stack, then none thereafter until one regains balance. This is a subtle
change to allow a small advantage to those who can off-balance you while
already off balance, without the previous possibility of ridiculous
off-balance times due to massive stacking.
- Lingering bug with mounts sometimes getting cloaked (like pets or
entities) and disappearing fixed.
- Bug with headslamming while bound (webbed, etc) fixed.
