You may now farsee again while phased. Being able to do so was reported
as a bug a while back and fixed under the understanding that being
phased was supposed to stop you from being able to interact with
unphased people. Please note, this was done as a bugfix and not intended
as a downgrade to phase. I've reviewed the ability however, and noting
that you can use many passive abilities on unphased people while phased
(looking, assessing, etc) where there is no INTERaction but one-way
action, I've returned phase/farsee to its previous state.
