Some denizens may ignore you or not accept things from you!
If FEELINGS VILLAGES shows that you are Disliked (or worse),
then denizens who are part of that village will probably ignore
your attempts to give things, or gold, or even to greet them.
It should be fairly obvious that your attempt to give something
has not worked.
