Most of these are recent changes, and a few are a bit older but
unannounced till now:

- Red dragon's wings now decay in stockrooms.
- Soulspears last 3 Achaean months instead of 1.
- ANGEL CARE and DEMON SYPHON should now cure both scytherus and
sensitivity correctly.
- Fix to House Lord/Lady challenges so two separate elections cannot
occur at once.
- Fix to a bug allowing envenoming from vials one did not possess.
- Sentient House denizens now announce over HT when attacked.
- Those with the ability to GROVE SHARE may now GROVE WITHDRAW as well.
- Chivalry ENGAGE should no longer hit graced adventurers, as it had
been doing under certain circumstances.
- ENGAGE also now kicks in when the victim flies (or lands) away from
the engager.
- Party invites, joins, etc, no longer should broadcast to those with
partytells off.
- Can no longer fold pearls into inappropriate objects.
