artefact tradeins and the new artefact command

We have had several "accidental" artefact tradeins.
We are as mystified as you all must be as to how one could
accidentally enter the full syntax to trade in an artefact.

To protect those most at risk of accidental tradein, we offer
the following change to the ARTEFACT command:

Syntax:
ARTEFACT <artefact> VALUE
ARTEFACT <artefact> TRADEIN [CONFIRM] ARTEFACT REMOVE <tattoo> TATTOO FROM ME [CONFIRM]
Note the optional CONFIRM at the end of the tradein and remove
options! if you enter the command without CONFIRM, that's fine,
but nothing will actually happen. You will have to re-enter
the command again, with CONFIRM at the end, before the trade
or removal occurs.

Penned by my hand on the 6th of Glacian, in the year 406 AF.
