Our hosting service has notified us that they will be upgrading
a network router in the data center where our computer is.

This will be Friday, 28 Oct, 9:00 am till 11:00 GMT, or
2:00 am till 4:00 am PDT.

This will probably mean that Achaea will be unreachable during
that period, including our player/community web-based forums
which may be found at http://achaea.ire-community.com/.

We apologise for the short notice. We only found out ourselves
a few minutes ago. The upgrade is occurring in response to the
'network anomaly' that occurred a few hours ago, earlier today.

Don't worry: we'll be here, up and running, the entire time!

In advance of the outage, you may wish to make sure that you
have set your timeout (CONFIG TIMEOUT) to a reasonable value,
in case you attempt to stay in Achaea right till the bitter end.
Of course all true blue loyal Achaeans will do that: thus, the
need for this notice.
