Today, I had the honour of bestowing the Staff of Nicator upon Reiye,
who has triumphed as the Champion of the Year 400 Games with a total of
32 points - 24 of those gained by placing first in the Tumble Races and
Bandersnatch, the remaining 8 by placing 3rd in the Y4C Quiz. Roncli,
the Champion of the Year 350 Games, was present at the awards ceremony
to pass on the Staff. Reiye has also chosen an Xbox 360 as her prize,
along with 1000 credits.

In 2nd place with 21 points was Geraint, who placed first in the Twins
Combat Tournament and gained 9 points in the Tumblerace. In 3rd place
was Rangor, Geraint's partner in the Twins Combat Tournament, who also
gained 8 points in the XP event. These two competed excellently in
nearly every event, whether alone or as a formidable team, and I extend
my congratulations to them.

Places 4-10th in the Year 400 Championship:
4th: Carmell, with 13 points
5th: Tie between Delphinus and Veldrin, with 12 points each
6th: Skye, with 11.25 points
7th: Tiax, with 11 points
8th: 4-way tie between Claude, Erhon, Majin & Rhaegar
9th: Jhake, with 9 points
10th: Manu, with 8.5 points

credit bonuses as well as custom honours lines. All those who gained
even 0.25 of a point on the Year 400 Championship Games will receive a
Year 400 Medallion. Those who did not place in the top 10 but will still
