- House leaders unable to assign SPONSOR and PROMOTE powers to positions
previously should now find they are able to do so.
- House Leaders can now appoint aides to positions.
- House election voting requirement should have been HR5 (as HR3 is
basically equivalent to GR1, HR5 is full member), was set lower. Fixed.
