A widespread complication of unknown origin caused some random,
low-level mischief earlier. This would have been from around 05:00 GMT
to 06:30 GMT. You would have noticed this in some quests, magic
transports, and enchanted doors ceasing to function, as well as a bunch
of denizens not responding in their usual manner. Thank you for the bug
reports that alerted us, and you'll be glad to know that all should be
back to normal.
