Today's CTF

This was perhaps the closest CTF I have ever witnessed -- a nailbiter to
the very end. Ashtan gained an early lead in today's CTF, followed
closely by Shallam. Their nose-to-nose leads lasted nearly the entire 2
Achaean days, followed by Eleusis lagging behind by several hundred
points for most of the game.

These three cities each kept 2 flags planted for the majority of the
time. Shallam was aided by Cyrene, and Ashtan was aided by Mhaldor.

In the last 15 minutes of the CTF, both Ashtan and Shallam lost a flag
each to Eleusis. Eleusis's score rapidly gained on both cities, managing
to overtake Ashtan's previous lead with mere minutes left on the clock.
Ashtan and Shallam desperately attempted to regain footing, and flags
were gained and lost several more times, but not quickly enough to upset
the new lead set by Eleusis.

The final scores:
Ashtan 12210
Shallam 12383
Eleusis 12585

Each city and their respective allies have proven their worth in this
CTF. Eleusis now holds the Effigy of Victory. May they bear it with
pride.

Penned by my hand on the 24th of Miraman, in the year 395 AF.
