While those who were novices before the guild->House conversion retained
HR1, those who joined Houses recently _after_ the conversion will have
been raised from HR1 to HR3 prematurely. Unfortunately, unlike the
former novices, there was no way to flag those individuals to keep them
from the houserank raise. There shouldn't be too many though, so if
you're a House leader, send me a message with the names of those who
were raised prematurely and I'll reset them to HR1.
