Language learning has now gone in partly. You will not be able to
learn yet until you have teachers, which you don't, yet!

This will all be explained in various relevant help files with the
arrival of your teachers, hopefully within the next RL hour or so.

DO watch training carefully. NOTHING should have changed for skil
l learning, but if it seems to have, please bug report it immediately.
