Hello, Sapience! Some updates on the ongoing hunting contest.

First, many people have pointed out that these current rules are overlooking something important, which I want to fix now.

Many hunters have been dedicated to clearing out the Tsol'teth's tide, keeping it from slipping into villages and taking more lives. Whether you stand against the Tsol'teth, or have worked with them, I believe that we can respect the work that those people have put into their hunting, and how could a hunting contest not reward some of our most dedicated hunters for the skill and effort they display?

Those who clear the tide out of rooms can report to me how many tide rooms they've cleared each time they finish a hunt. We'll then assign tide monsters an essence value, and add that into your total from any other hunting to get your final standing in the games! With how much tide monsters can vary in strength, killing tide will likely not be the fastest way of earning points, but it will still add into your overall total!

Obviously, this method will rely on people being able to report their counts of rooms cleared accurately. We're trusting people to hold true to the spirit of shared competition on this, though if it becomes clear that this doesn't work, then we'll have to change or remove this option.

So, if you clear tide and want to take part in the hunting event, just send me a message with your rooms cleared during the duration of this event, and we'll get that added into your total!

And second, we have a few more orders that have agreed to work with us! You can also offer essence to Lord Prosepro and Lord Neraeos' shrines, and have them counted towards the hunting event.
