Some updates.

Elementalism

* (admin) CONFLAGRATION now has a message when it goes out.
* (21) EMANATE WATER now additionally gives stuttering.
* (220) EMENATE AIR now gives asthma if dizziness is already present.
* Note on 219 and 220: I’ll be watching these closely. Its possible this might tilt things too far the other way.

Skirmishing

* (321) GOUGE, LACERATE, and DOUBLESTRIKE have been refactored significantly:
– Reflections are checked before everything, so you don’t get attack messages then the reflection fading – the reflection fades first as is standard behaviour.
– Check for clumsy before other calculations and have special clumsy messages. This should make misses look much less thematically weird (no more you stab them, then you somehow clumsily missed anyway).
– The second parts of the combo always apply even when you miss the first part. Doublestrike already had this behaviour, but gouge and lacerate did not. This does not apply if the attack rebounds, that works as before. The major consequence of this is sentinel no longer misses the entire skirmishing attack on a clumsy miss.
– Note that barbs do not fire on clumsy misses. The full attack must still land for this bonus to apply.

Weaving

* (admin) The rebounding blocking weaving attacks change has been reverted. This hasn’t really worked out, it might be something we revisit down the line in a different form.
* (admin) PREPARE INSUBSTANTIAL remains for reflections.

Misc

* (admin) The standard clumsy rate has been reduced from 33% to 25% across the board. I’m doing this now to give us some time before the championship events, if it proves to be unwise we’ll move it back (but I suspect this will feel just generally better on all fronts).
