Transportation Precept: Traverse

By order of the Children of the Eastern Plains, the following is declared:

In furtherance of our goals of propagating continued safe travel for any and all planar travellers across above around and through the reaches of the Traverse, we have deemed the dimensional wormholes instituted by Sapient Primes on the lower reaches of the Traverse to be within acceptable parameters.

Connection between Frysta and Bjarndyr is therefore approved for public use.

Wormhole transportation is heavily regulated under Kelstaad Statute TV-6194 for reasons of safety and security.

Sapient Primes who wish to splice additional wormholes between Bjarnstead or other Kelstaad territories must submit the appropriate paperwork outlining a clear and present necessity for it to exist.

Unauthorised splicing of Kelstaad territory will be redressed accordingly.
