Updates
It is Saturday, the 17th of October, and the following changes have been implemented:
– Formicaries are no longer able to hinder the movement of phased adventurers.
– Denizens in the Mnemosyne now have a cap on the amount of gold they can drop, regardless of their scaled level. The ripple at which this cap takes effect varies with each denizen’s base strength, but you can generally expect gold drops to stop increasing above ripple 25.
– Dungeoneer gear no longer drops automatically in the Mnemosyne.
– The price of gear in the MEMORYSHOP has increased from 30 threads to 100 threads.
– A new crate of dungeoneer gear is now available in the MEMORYSHOP for 150 threads.
– The adventure “Complete five ripples of the Mnemosyne” has been removed.
– The adventure “Complete ten ripples of the Mnemosyne” now rewards 400 renown.
– The completion logic for Mnemosyne adventures has been reworked. Players must now clear a cumulative total of 10 ripples to receive the rewards, rather than clearing a ripple divisible by 10. If you notice inconsistent behaviour related to this please file a BUG.
– Some context for the changes above. We’ve been monitoring Mnemosyne rewards for some time and while we want it to remain rewarding, we do recognise that it has grown to be the best source of rewards for most things. These adjustments target three specific areas of rewards: gold, gear, and renown. We will continue to monitor these changes and may make further adjustments in the future, if needed.
