Achaea changes card: Detune the Vibes, Crystalism DETUNE, Runelore and Survival changes

More changes!

Crystalism

  • (82): New ability: DETUNE.
  • (82): VIBES and similar vibration listing outputs now note detuned status if its present.
  • (82): The message when a vibration resonates with someone has changed slightly, and there is a new one for when a detuned vibration ticks.

Runelore

  • (128): Added RUNEBLADESLIST.
  • (128): Configurations are now set per-weapon.

Survival

  • (164): CLOTTING now takes an amount of bleeding to clot.

Misc

  • (214): Various things that didn’t pull comms from rift now do. Notably campfires and various artificing checks.
  • (237): General improvements made to how defences operate. Enchantments notably are handled much better now.
