Some meta adjustments.

A general note on some of these changes: we’ve always been in a bit of an arms race with teamfight automation and we’ve definitely been losing that one lately. We’ll be experimenting with a few things to see how they work out now that the Championship games are over and hopefully we’ll be able to dial things back a little in that department. Some of these might prove problematic and we’ll revert if so, feedback of course welcome. The goal is to make teamfights last a bit longer and to mitigate the power of the old ‘alpha strike’ so to speak.

Avoidance

* (Admin): EPITOMISE duration increased from six seconds to nine.
* (Admin): EPITOMISE cooldown reduced from sixty seconds to fifty.
– Note: both of the above are pre light stepper modifiers.
* (Admin): EPITOMISE is now far more forgiving in terms of fire conditions. Stock hinder states now longer prevent it, as these generally meant it just never fired in most group comps.
* (Admin): New ability: METABOLISE. This is the big one, please read the abfile carefully if you’re a frequent team fight participent!

Hypnosis

* (Admin): The DISRUPT suggestion now only truly disrupts if they are confused. Otherwise it imposes a short eq knock.
– Note: I mostly don’t want this just being baked in as a powerful hinder into already strong hypno chains, but do want to keep the locking potential available since I feel its distinctly serpent. This is a small nudge and we might need to go a little further, but we shall see.

* (Bug): MULTISLASH can no longer miss against prone/hindered targets.

Misc

* (Admin): Fog now hides gmcp and names of people entering or leaving the room.
* (Admin): Fog now blocks who here.
– Note: these two are to try to mitigate the perfect trackable information state of a given room.
