Discord ban appeals

Given the increasing integration with Discord and our ramping up contests again, we would like to offer this opportunity to appeal any bans from our Discord server, whether you believe they were well-earned or otherwise.

To do so, please file an ISSUE ME providing the following information:

* Your Discord username.
* Why you believe you were banned.
* Why you should be unbanned given the first point. We are not looking to be too harsh here but at least some level of self-awareness and commitment to not doing the same thing again is required.
* Any relevant circumstances at the time of banning or since then, including anything that might show you have been well-behaved since.

Please note that if you have already been pardoned in the past and got banned again (there are only two of you), this offer does not apply to you.
