Ignore: OOC vs IC

Hi folks,

Based on some recent feedback, we have expanded the IGNORE function to account for situations where in character interactions have been positive (or at least where these interactions are wanted, either by necessity or otherwise), but OOC interactions have not.

In these cases you can now IGNORE someone in specific clans, while retaining the ability to interact with them outside of those clans.

This has been done through two new CLAN commands:

CLAN [] IGNORE
CLAN [] UNIGNORE

Note that these are not usable in org-owned clans as they are all considered IC by default. No OOC clans should be org-owned, and any that still are can be reported via ISSUE to be addressed.

The output of IGNORE LIST has also been updated with two new headings for those you are ignoring in specific clans and those you are being ignored by in specific clans.

**NOTE: All other IGNORE rules are in effect for these new clan specific ignores, though for now they will not count towards your total IGNORE limit.

We will monitor this and if any abuse occurs we may enforce these limits as well.

I want to also remind everyone that nobody in Achaea is obligated to go OOC with you, ever. This addition is a step toward addressing that and I ask that you respect people’s wishes in these cases, whether or not an ignore is in place.
