Updates
It is Tuesday, the 5th of August, and the following changes have been implemented:
– Enchanted boots of evasion now have the correct effect applied
– Multistrike (chain lightning) effects now have an internal cooldown of 1 second
– The “critical dot” effect now has an internal cooldown of 1 second.
– HELP FRINGES has been updated.
– The PLANARFLUX command has been added. Details on this can be found in HELP FRINGES. (Please note: hybrid-elemental bosses for the Fringes have not spawned in any areas that were at high flux before this post)
