Ashtan and the Road

If Ashtan has the might and the desire to
claim the road as their territory, then I
would say it's Ashtan's territory.

Should Shallam decide to make it their ter-
ritory, they must gather the might and SHOW
Ashtan it is their territory. Simply being
the organization that built a structure or
road, does not automatically make it their
territory.

On the other hand, Ashtan and Shallam could
write up another treaty, in which the land
is given to either Ashtan or Shallam, and that
would clear this matter right up.

It's really only minor quibbling, of course,
but it's at least a diversion from hearing
Dalamar scream about his bitches.

Respectfully,
~Rhenn

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Phaestian, in the year 239 AF.
