As we swing into the holiday season, we are beginning not one but two
special promotional sales that will last until January 1st, 2009. First:
a 25% bonus sale on all credit purchases from us. That means if you buy
100 credits, you'll receive 25 bonus credits for 125 total, and if you
buy 1000 credits, you'll receive 250 bonus credits for 1250 total, et
cetera.

Second, we are having another tiered sale with Mayan crowns. For those
of you who weren't here for the last one, you might read Announce news
post 2754 for reference, and also HELP MAYANCROWNS. This one will work
the same way: there are 5 tiers of total credits purchased: 100, 300,
500,. 1000, and 2000. Each time during this sale that you reach one of
these tiers, you will receive a number of Mayan crowns: 1, 2, 2, 5, and
10. Your 25% bonus credits do not count towards this total, only the
actual credits purchased. Once you pass the 2000-credit tier, there are
no further crowns, so the total number of crowns you can obtain for any
single character is 20.

So, for example, if you buy 100 credits now, you will receive 1 Mayan
crown. If you then buy 200 credits, that puts you at the 300
credit-total tier, and you will receive 2 more crowns. If you THEN buy
1000 credits, that puts your total at 1300, meaning you've passed both
the 500- and 1000-credit tiers in one purchase, and you'd receive 7 more
crowns. If you then buy another 1000 credits, putting you at 2300 total
credits purchased during this sale, you would receive 10 more crowns,
then no more.

Whew, okay, I probably made that sound a lot more complicated than it
actually is. If you have any questions, please ISSUE. Oh, before you ask
- both the 25% bonus sale and the tiered promotion are retroactive 24
hours from now. If you purchased credits from us within the last 24
hours, you will receive your bonuses, but please be patient since we
need to process them manually. You can ISSUE if you still have not
received your bonuses by the end of today.

For this occasion, we have stocked the Shop of Wonders with some
exciting new wares. Simultaneously, we have discontinued many older
wares that have been in the Shop of Wonders. (All items in the Shop of
Wonders may be discontinued at any time, never to be available again. We
are fickle and cruel.) Of the older wares that remain are the crafter's
portfolio and crafter's folder, the dragonskin and wyvernskin packs,
Terrin'ukia's Monocle, and the Sceptre of Aqueous Mastery. The list of
