Org-owned Housing on Org-owned Ships

HELP HOUSING has been updated (and several other things!) to
reflect this new approach: that organisations can buy housing
room and/or door credits and can spend them on shipboard housing
to expand and secure and beautify the cabin area within the
reasonable limits of the size of the ship.

Cities, Orders, and Houses can now all accept gold AND credit
donations via DEPOSIT from adventurers. These types of orgs
can also maintain a balance of room and door credits and
can spend them in shipboard cabin expansions.

Only the single mortal leader, or the mortal order head, or
the patron of the org may buy room or door credits, or
use HOUSING commands to expand or change around shipboard
cabin housing.

This is a huge change to the underlying systems that support
(or, supported) private houses in or out of subdivision. What
that means is that we'd like you to contact me - Clementius -
when you want to try these things out. The changes have been
extensively tested, but live use is far better in the end than
the concerted effort of a small staff to break things!

Corollary to this is that organisation-owned ships will not
have any limits placed on them. They'll be able to buy any goodie
we offer, even artefacts, related to ships and their improvement.

As with most of these recent changes, there is still an element
of evaluation, so we may tweak or change precisely how things
work based on live experience. Nothing is set in stone! And
even if it were, remember what happened to the pair of original
stone tablets which may well have inspired that saying! Moses
got a little irked and now you've got broken stone. So we'll
fix and modify as needed to keep things running smoothly and
make it all as much fun as possible.

Penned by my hand on the 1st of Scarlatan, in the year 464 AF.
