Gear Overhaul Testing

I have just loaded up the gear overhaul for arena testing. At present,
the crafting and artifact changes are not in place, and the weapon
enhancements are available only for (overhauled) warriors.

Specifically, the new enhancement system outlined at
http://forums.lusternia.com/discussion/2248/gear-overhaul/p1 is now
available for weapons and armour in arena overhaul spars.

In order to make use of the new system, the ENHANCEMENT verb is
available for players in overhaul arena matches, with the following
syntaxes:

- ENHANCEMENT LIST - List all available armour and weapon enhancements
(note that some names and effects have been changed slightly). An
up-to-date list will be placed at the end of this news post.
- ENHANCEMENT SHOW <item> - List all enhancements on an item in your
inventory.
- ENHANCEMENT [ADD|REMOVE] <item> <enhancement> [<option>] - Add or
remove an enhancement to an item in your inventory. This will check
requisites such as applying weapon enhancements to weapons, and
verifying options (e.g. damage types for the enchanted enhancement).

For the duration of testing, items will act as though they have the
effect of the highest-level rune available. We are still investigating
the best way to implement the enhancement-related runes so as to make
their use as painless as possible.

Additionally, armour in the overhaul arena will now function as a flat
reduction to cutting and blunt damage, with armour stats being ignored.
The code has support for a new 0-reduction armour we will be introducing
at release for those characters that cannot make use of traditional
armour, but as the required crafting updates are not yet in place, this
new armour cannot yet be created. At present, the values of each armour
type are as noted in the forum post.

WEAPON ENHANCEMENTS:
- Damage: Increases weapon damage by 10% when using OHSTRIKE.
- Speed: Decreases balance time of OHSTRIKE by .1s. Balance has a hard
minimum of 3 seconds, before generic speed buffs are factored in.
- Razor: Increases base bleeding of a weapon by 2% of the weapon's
damage.
- Impact: Increases base bruising of a weapon by 2% of the weapon's
damage.
- Honed: Increases the chance for a poison proc by 20%.
- Weighted: Increases stun and blackout from relevant knighthood
modifiers by .25s.
- Enchanted: Changes 33% of OHSTRIKE damage to the selected damage type.
- Virulent: When unenvenomed, the weapon will attempt to apply a
selected poison by default, as though it were envenomed with that
poison.

ARMOR ENHANCEMENTS:
- Enchantment: Grants a 1/6 resistance to specified damage type.
Multiple types can be used, each taking a slot. At present, proofings
stack with this effect, but will be replaced by this enhancement when
this system is moved live.
- Quickening: Increased celerity/movement speed.
- Mass: Rooting increase.
- Prestige: Prestige increase (note that this does not increase prestige
of a specific item, but instead increases prestige generally, as armour
is not clothing and does not have a prestige value).
- Influence: 1/6 influence buff to specified influence type. Mutliple
types can be used, each taking a slot.
- Weatherproofing - Decreases the celerity malus from hot and cold
weather.
