- Hound Mark no longer loses charges if the target has dizziness.
- The 'cracked_ribs' affliction now causes a bit of damage and bleeding on a tick.

- Necromancy Rot now spreads to a random ally of the deceased, instead of someone at random.
* Duration is now halved each time it spreads.
* Will now cease to spread if the duration is lower than 5 seconds.
- Tarot Fool no longer has a cooldown when used on others.

- Zeal hand and foot attacks no longer work while mounted.
- Fixed Wanekick and Edgekick using hand checks instead of foot checks.
- Fixed interrupted channeled actions proc'ing more then once.
* Sometimes the weak strike of Direblow would hit twice for example.
