Greetings Sapience,

Building on the success of bringing some colour to the world of male fashions, the House would now like to encourage some creativity in the medium of jewellery. Please note that you do not have to be a jeweller in order to enter, just produce a good quality design.

It has come to my attention that things are quite limited in the area of dragon motifs. For example, there are a few studs depicting black and dragons, even the odd silver dragon ring but there is potential for much much more!

Of course if we were to receive twenty entries for a silver dragon stud, it would not really solve the problem. So I am asking you to message me with your Dragon COLOUR and format (brooch, stud, ring, etc) before getting down to work. In this way we will ensure that we get as many unique entries as possible. This time round ALL entries may be considered for a prize if they are of acceptable quality and could ultimately be crafted.

The rules are as follows:

1. You message me with your idea before starting, if it is already in production, I will ask you to consider changing colour or format.
2. Examined, Dropped and Appearance are all required.
3. Entries will be accepted until the end of 861 AF
4. Every effort will be made to give entries that reach an acceptable standard a cash prize. Such prizes will run from the minimal 50,000 gold to the maximum of one million golden sovereigns. Anything involving a dragon could not involve anthing but hordes of gold!
5. Ownership of designs will revert to the GMC and we will produce the items over time. The competition is open to one and all. The judges' decision will be final.

I look forward to hearing from you.

In service,

Laytron Rousseau

Keeper of the Coin

Penned by my hand on the 21st of Miraman, in the year 857 AF.
