Chivalry isn't dead

Written by: Director Jonesey Corder

This one is on the house.

I want you to compose a work detailing your opinions on how you could
emulate the tenets of Light, and Light itself, through your demeanor and
the way in which you exist within Creation.
-----

Micaelis tells you, "Super. Just remember, I'm looking at how you
actually present yourself in every day life and not necessarily the
motivations behind how you act. So someone who defiles a shrine for the
Bloodsworn looks exactly the same, on the world stage, to a Mhaldorian
defiling for Sartan. They are the same in their eyes. I'm looking for
the manner in which you do these things that would separate you from
others."

Micaelis says, "The Aarashi are natural leaders. That doesn't
necessarily correlate to authority or position in government, but not
all leaders are found there. I have no real city position or authority
in the slightest yet people come to me often, usually out of place. The
same goes for someone like Antonius, who's only ever been a Minister of
War once, yet considered an expert in his field, or Tesha, also only a
Minister."

----
As a servant of Lady Aurora, it's important to act in a way that
reflects well upon Her. My thoughts go back to my training in the Templars. Courtesy, Prowess, Justice, Loyalty, Courage, Humility, Faith,
and Nobility. These are the qualities a Templar was to embody, what I
tried my best to be when I was Knighted and what I try to live up to
even until now. These ideals place a higher standard of behavior upon
me, and reflect upon the organizations of Good I represent.

Light, with its main ideal centering on the respect for Life, is one I
think I'll need some work on. I've gone back and forth over the past few
years with how I feel about hunting neutral villagers

As a Mitran, I incorporated these concepts into Hers of Creation,
Healing, Life, and Growth. With Lady Sol, I learned to be mindful how my
actions affect others. We had an exercise we could do where at regular
intervals we would evaluate ourselves. Our behavior, our actions,
motives, and so on. What can I do to be more nurturing? How have I
hindered the growth of others? Was it through selfishness, and greed?
Have I maintained the integrity of whatever group I represent? This
proceeds requires honesty, humility, and the will to make changes. This
can be applied to everyday situations as well

Penned by my hand on the 18th of Glacian, in the year 778 AF.
