A Scorpion Tale

We scurry, we skitter
Sifting 'neath the desert dunes
Our brood, our litter
Nesting in these sandy wombs

/sting/ /sting/

Woe, beware, toxin's tip

\snip\ \snip\

Oh, the bells, they ring
Oh, the bells, they toll
Woe, to the lives we stole

Penned by my hand on the 1st of Glacian, in the year 830 AF.
