How much?

Written by: Shieldlord Kaden Vas'amaen-Ashaela, Scarlattan

How much of a burden can you bear
Before you ask for help?
Or will you deny that you can't stand
Till the day you fall and falter?

How many ashes must fill you mouth
For the taste to become normal?
And how much of it must you swallow
For you to have your fill?

And how many tears must you shed
To fill the void of fault?
Perhaps enough to fill a lake
...Or drown a home in salt?

Penned by my hand on the 3rd of Sarapin, in the year 796 AF.
