Contacting sstaff, a request!

Hey everyone,

With the advent of Discord and easy access to some Achaean Administrators/Volunteers sometimes it might be tempting to take things straight to the source (be that bugs, issues, gripes or anything else). Please do not do this: you might have the noblest of intentions, but please use in game means or Achaea specific emails. Not only does using discord reduce the chance that the person who needs to see it sees it (it quite possibly may not be the person you'd think it would be), but it also makes the job of our issue/bug team incredibly hard when attempting to track down what happened when and where (as they will be operating under partial information, then having to fill in the source with various other people by chasing down discord logs, matching up timestamps, etc).

This isn't to say don't engage with Achaean staff or volunteers on discord if that is something happening, but if you're reporting something or trying to establish a chain of events for in game events, stick to in game means!

Thank you all for your understanding, and I feel it prudent to note: this is not an April fools.
