I know you believe you think you are doing the right thing, but its easier to effect change from within an organization. Earn appointments, win elections and take your city back. What you are doing is failing your cause. Let's play this scenario out:
Your Divine realise you're right, Targossas has fallen too far from redemption. What can they do to fix it? Perhaps some of that Creation destruction that you used to tout as a solution. Sinking has been done so maybe a purifying fire? So Targossas gets burned to the ground and your dissenting group get a chance to rebuild a "Good" city again, but this time better? Why?
You clearly haven't learned a lesson, Shallam wasn't sunk on accident no matter what anyone might tell you. So why do you deserve a third city to fail with? Maybe Targossas gets destroyed and you finally complete your consolidation of Hashan. Voila, now you don't even need a new city and the Eleusians are thrilled you didnt destory nature for the site of your failed future "Good" city.
So what are you even working towards? What's your end game? Consume enough ink writing stupid posts complaining about how unfair a leader was? Bad news, I've tried using all the ink on stupid posts and there was always more. Maybe you think if you band together you can create a new city with a new ideology, create a new way to destroy things for "Good". Do you really believe that is going to happen?
Being someone who loves business, this seems like a grift. Someone is making sovereigns hand over fist at your ignorance.

Tell me who to speak with about becoming rich at your expense of pursuing nothing and I will be sure to sell you prime future real estate to build your next failed state.
