Lies

Nothing about my prior post was 'mournful.' Far from it. Like the Chaos Court, I am pleased with Ashtan for enacting the directive of the Court and laying ruin to the sunderland lands recently. A lesson in debate is about to begin though so take heed.

Attacking those who you are arguing against only weakens your standing. It reveals an absolute lack of foundation in your argument as its force is turned to the brittle herringbone of personal assault. Such insults are not worth responding to as it is quite evident that you and your city understand very little about Ashtan, its Divine Orders, Chaos, or the Court who guides our workings.

As such, let me clarify for you futher. I speak hereabouts with a fullness of voice imbued through my role as a Court-Appointed Archon of Ashtan. Unless you are publicly decrying the will of the Master of the Mount, you have no cause to suggest my words swollen. Even you cannot possibly be so foolish as to draw his further ire.

Contrary to your later flawed assertions, Aegaens face no such false dilemma in loyalty. The Lord Commander's Army are not bloodthirsty savages; our entrance into conflict is always meaningful. You should not mistake an obligation by Aegeans in Ashtan to defend temples of our three city patrons out of due respect to Their contributions for anything but that.

Likewise, the city-state of Ashtan is not concerned with furthering Oblivion. Our fealty is to the Chaos Court and the manifestation of their aims. Hashan's perversion of chaotic studies for the furtherance of nonsensical notions that have outlived their usefulness in this realm while attributing the stirring of old theologies as progress is nothing more than a pathetic attempt to garner interest where it seems to be lacking in your prominent philsophy.

Once again, Hashan has bitten off more than it can chew. Ashtan, the Chaos Court, Aegeans, Nihilists, Nature, even the Phaestians in recent months: How many more bitter pills do you want to be forced to swallow due to your willful ignorance of other organizations or your lower place among them. Perhaps as many as the number of guards that have fallen in your streets, which was the true reason behind a certain Aegeans' dismissal from the Court of Shadows. Temper tantrums from a city leader are so wholly unbecoming.

Hashan has no mission of relevance to the Prime. Ashtan's only interest in your darkened streets was a directive from the Court and that is concluded to their satisfaction now. But make no mistake, awakening minds is the job of Enlightenment and the Seat within with Chaos reigns. We have already proven we can dismantle your city and its false workings, but if need be we will answer further attempts to dissuade young minds from Chaos' true home with ruthless brutality.

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Phaestian, in the year 814 AF.
