Without Hope

The Jungles were dead, the Rivers dried up
The Sun stayed hidden, ashamed

The Forests were ash, the Grasslands were dust
The Rain could not weep anymore

The Mountains were broken, the Hills sunken in
The Wind no longer had strength

The Plains were barren, the Caves collapsed
The Shadows were simply gone

The Oceans were burning, the Islands submerged
The Old Man possibly drowned

The Glaciers were melted, the Volcanos erupted
The Demons stopped having fun

The Cities were rubble, the Villages lost
The Pawns now all defunct

The Shrines were destroyed, the Garden was empty
Yet for one starving little bird

Calamities are scary so please
Remember to Feed Hope

Penned by my hand on the 23rd of Aeguary, in the year 812 AF.
