Our artefact helpfiles now autopopulate with information.

HELP <classname> ARTEFACTS now displays artefacts for that class only.
HELP 19 has been updated to reflect these changes.

And we have a great new command!

HELP ARTEFACT SEARCH <term> will search the artefact database and list any artefacts that match.

For example, HELP ARTEFACT SEARCH MAYAN

All matching artefacts:

A pair of Mayan Bracelets: 350 credits
Artefact power: reserves
- Increase max health and mana by 5%.
A Mayan ring: 500 credits
Artefact power: health_sip
- Increase how much a health elixir heals you by 10%.
