A Question

One of nine on a boat
A vessel of modest size
Adrift in an ocean

Since memory's start you float
Bilged, the waters slowly rise
A hole unforeseen? None seems to see

Except for the aloof Shipwright
He, who built this ship
He, with His exclusive tools

None drowned that night
You all, whom attentions had slip
Nay, who were not told the rules

Two have taken vigil since
While He is again silent, unreachable
Having partly patched the damage

Yet, in due time hence
The hull shall again rent, unavoidable
Your World shall be a wreckage

What more, Mermaids begin circling
Whispering a seditious deal
"Sink It sooner and become one of us, or else drown," they say

Two have accepted this offering
With varying zeal
Though so far, the bailers have kept them at bay

You are of the three that remain
Unaffiliated, unchoosing, unknowing of this struggle
What do you do?

Find your answer then seek the Mythos Achaean

Choose to prolong existence
Find a way to permentantly repair the damage
Resign to drown
Strike an Accord

What ever it be, address this issue and make a choice

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Ero, in the year 851 AF.
