* EARRINGS OF SINOPE now operate under different rules based on if the initiator and target are in the same local area.
- Same area is unchanged.
- Different area now has a longer windup/equilibrium cost, and is prevented by a monolith on either end.
* People's current class is now visible on HONOURS.
