Oppression tweaks

Based on some feedback, I've just loaded up some changes to Oppression:

* You can now have multiple hellforged weapons, but only one of each type. It is intended that you only use one at a time (so only get one effect per combo): this is just for more trivial switching between weapon types and specialisations. To facilitate this, only one oppression effect can fire per combo where dual wielding specs are concerned.
* To facilitate this, we needed to rework some things, particularly around inline investing. The only change that you should see is that order matters now where it did not: if your hellforged weapon is in your left hand, the effect you want on it will need to go first. Functionally it follows the same rules as envenoming, where previously it technically did not.
* APOTHEOSIS has seen some small RP and mechanical additions where the champion is concerned.
* Calling your weapon will now call all of your hellforged weapons to you.

There are some other adjustments I intend on making, though they require a bit more thought before I go ahead with those.

Penned by My hand on the 21st of Sarapin, in the year 838 AF.
