Let it be known that the depraved devil-sworn vagrant known as Neugierig Stormsong is hereby enemied to Blessed Arcadia. Her honeyed words and craven deeds have brought only ruin and disgrace to her name in the eyes of our Queen.

For her treachery against the Kingdom and her servitude to the dark lord of the Sea, Neugierig Stormsong's head shall remain piked outside the gates of Arcadia forevermore, to serve as a reminder to all of this wretched individual's revilement and disgrace.
