Pedestals of Love

Placed on a pedestal,
My, don't you look pretty on high?
Beauty and grace,
But can't look too deep.
Cracks in the porcelain,
Mustn't see those.
Flatter and praise,
Only the traits you want.
Claim to love,
But don't truly see.
Discard when things get hard,
Time for a new dolly.
Placed on a pedestal,
My, don't you look pretty on high?

Penned by my hand on the 20th of Lupar, in the year 894 AF.
