* DEMON TASTE no longer consumes equilibrium: it has a cooldown instead.

Psionics
--------
* SHATTER has had its damage vs players halved.

Misc
----
* SELARNIA now always cures below ablaze.
* You can now prioritise by affliction stack. For example:
CURING PRIORITY ABLAZE5 1
CURING PRIORITY ABLAZE2 10
CURING PRIORITY ABLAZE1 26
Would set you to cure ablaze with 5 stacks at priority 1, 2 stacks at priority 10, and ignore ablaze at 1 stack entirely.
