an ilmenite hoe - 250cr

This hoe is a non-decay, faster balance version of a normal farming hoe. It may also FIELD TILL <dir> and will till two additional rooms in the direction given.

a venantium garden axe - 250cr

This axe is a non-decay, faster balance version of a normal garden axe. It also provides a 10% chance to double trunk production when chopping trees.

a venantium garden scythe - 250cr
-------------------------
This scythe is a non-decay, faster balance form of a normal garden scythe. It also provides a 10% chance to double harvest production. (This means 1 becomes 2. Fertilizer or greenhouses would increase that number on their own, and not be doubled again)

a homestead bell - 400cr
----------------
This bell can be rung (RING BELL) to teleport to your farm. The teleport has similar requirements to HAVEN RETURN, and is not combat viable.
