Dusk

Written by: Nature's Busy Bee Cailin C. Distara, the Nice Food Lady
Date: Wednesday, September 18th, 2019
Addressed to: Everyone

You called me the sun
I protested, argued, relented
You were the moon
Yet the light fades to softly dim, how
Why
My heart faints
The tide goes out

The sun so strong, so bright
I so weak, changing, shifting

But it has been so long
How much longer

Clouds, shadows,
Sunset

Penned by my hand on the 1st of Phaestian, in the year 810 AF.
