With the new version of Nexus released, we are pleased to announce the beginning of a contest for the programmers among you. Many of those that use the Nexus Client find themselves lacking much of the community additions that third party clients enjoy. We aim to begin correcting this, so in that vein we will be looking for the greatest submissions you guys can produce! Here are the rules:
- You may not submit scripts that are already in circulation. We're looking for new additions! This does not apply if said scripts are in circulation from a different client - porting them to Nexus is acceptable, providing the original author hasn't disallowed this.
- You may submit up to five entries, but said entries should not all be trivial functionality.
- Entries must work on the newest version of Nexus (version 2.9!). If your entry is broken on installation, it will not be counted!

With that out of the way, the part you're all no doubt interested in: the prizes!

- 1st place: 2000 credits!
- 2nd place: 1500 credits.
- 3rd place: 1000 credits.
- Each non winning submission that we decide to host will earn the submitting player between 50 and 250 credits based on the submission's offered functionality.

How to submit:

You should send an email to scripts@achaea.com containing the following:
- Your characters name.
- A link to your script on github - you'll want to upload it there. If you have difficulties with this, feel free to contact us via issue, we will either help you with your problem or work out separate arrangements.
- A brief rundown of what your submission (or each submission) does.
- Any other relevant information.

To give you all as much time as possible to come up with some seriously ingenius ideas, we will be running this through until the end of September. Once we hit October, no more submissions will be counted.

If you wish to find more information out about the Nexus client and how to best make use of the various scripting features available, you can head on over to http://nexus.ironrealms.com to find the documentation.

Happy coding!
