Achaea has hundreds of help files to you learn about Achaea. This is a copy of the in-game help file structure. HELP in-game will show you this same menu.

19.19 Email Contact Information

Most of the gods and goddesses in Achaea have individual email 
addresses under the domain achaea.com (such as tecton@achaea.com).

It is preferable to contact in character roles in-game for in character things.

But sometimes you have an OOC question, first recourse is to file an ISSUE!
ISSUE ME <your question with as much information as you can give.>

There are a number of emails that are used for things that are more indepth:

Application information for becoming a mortal builder (see HELP MORTAL

Questions and requests for customisations (see HELP CUSTOMISATIONS).

events@achaea.com
Ideas or requests for events where divine assistance is needed. Please 
contact your patron first if this involves an organisation such as a 
city or house.

Questions and requests for artefact pets (see HELP PETS).
