The Ur'Vampire Tizane [TEE-zaa-nay] is one of the five Ur'Vampire lieutenants of Ugrach, Lord of the Undead. Along with her fellow Ur'Vampire Zigana, she rules over the Modyara Obelisk in the Anthrish Plains of the Underworld.
