This category exists for Chroniclers to assign pages that they believe need deleting to. Once a page has been placed within this category, Chroniclers have a few days (probably about 3-5 in practice) to object to the page being deleted, and discuss the objections raised. After this period, a sysop+ will then decide whether to actually delete the page.
